Mainline Information Systems has acquired Enterprise IT Security (EITS), a Charlotte-based cybersecurity firm known for deep expertise and certifications across Palo Alto Networks, Tenable, Fortinet, Cisco and more. The acquisition strengthens Mainline’s cybersecurity capabilities, integrates EITS’ team (including founder Leo Chavez as Field CISO), and expands Mainline’s consulting, implementation and managed security service offerings.
