EQT Group (via its BPEA Fund VIII / EQT Private Capital Asia vehicle) has acquired Australian-founded SaaS talent management provider PageUp Group from majority owner Battery Ventures. The investment will support PageUp’s international expansion and AI-driven product innovation while enabling a leadership transition as outgoing CEO Mark Rice retires and Eric Lochner becomes CEO.
