Ntiva, a PE-backed managed IT services provider, has acquired The Purple Guys from Kian Capital Partners (with co-investor ParkSouth Ventures) to create one of the largest pure-play MSPs serving SMBs across the U.S. The deal combines Ntiva's nationwide footprint with The Purple Guys' regional scale and capabilities across the Central and Southern U.S., expanding managed services, cybersecurity and cloud offerings to over 2,000 clients.
