Olympus Cosmetic Group, a private-equity-backed aesthetic platform supported by VSS Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Artisan Plastic Surgery and Artisan Beauté, a female-founded cosmetic surgery and medspa enterprise based in Atlanta. The add-on deal expands Olympus' presence into the fast-growing Atlanta market and brings four Artisan locations and a team of surgeons and medspa specialists into the platform; VSS made an additional investment to support the acquisition.

Hightop Health Acquires Roots Behavioral Health
