VSS Capital Partners has made a growth capital investment in Olympus Cosmetic Group, a newly formed physician-led management services organization providing cosmetic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and non-surgical aesthetic procedures. The investment will support the formation of a scalable, physician-owned platform with an initial footprint across Florida, Oklahoma, and Alabama; financial terms were not disclosed.

Olympus Partners Acquires EyeSouth Partners from Shore Capital Partners

Stamford-based private equity firm Olympus Partners has agreed to acquire EyeSouth Partners, an Atlanta-headquartered ophthalmology management services organization, from Shore Capital Partners. EyeSouth — which grew under Shore from a small regional practice to a network of over 270 doctors and 155 locations across 11 states — will continue to have physician investors alongside Olympus as it pursues further expansion.

Vantage Surgical Solutions, a Pharos Capital Group–backed provider of mobilized ophthalmic surgical equipment and services, acquired Ophthalmic Surgical Solutions (OSS), a Lecompton, Kansas–based ophthalmic equipment and services provider. The deal is an add-on acquisition that expands Vantage’s geographic footprint and clinical capabilities to better serve hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, particularly in rural communities.

H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery Acquires Plastic Surgery of Texas

Charlotte-based Kortesis Bharti Management Group, LLC, an affiliate of H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery, has acquired Plastic Surgery of Texas in Dallas, Texas. The acquisition expands the H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery brand and its medical-aesthetics platform into the central Texas market, with founders Dr. Bill Kortesis and Dr. Gaurav Bharti positioning the practice to deliver premium aesthetic treatments and grow the platform.

The Plexus Groupe Acquires Artisan Insurance Group (Brandon, FL)
