Athenix has acquired Marina Plastic Surgery and MedSpa in Marina Del Rey, California, in a deal that closed on October 1, 2022. As part of the transaction, founder Dr. Grant Stevens joins Athenix's board and Dr. Justin Perez becomes Medical Director; the acquisition is the first in Athenix's planned roll‑out of a nationally branded chain of aesthetic surgery centers.
