The deal expands Safe-Guard’s service offerings beyond finance & insurance into dealership fixed operations, with DSD leadership remaining in place to continue managing the business.

The deal (terms not disclosed) combines CBC and DSGSS to create a comprehensive workflow and compliance enforcement platform for auto dealers; DSGSS founder and CEO Doug Fusco and the full team will remain with the combined company.
