Dunes Point Capital, LP has acquired Greenwood Industries, LLC, a Worcester, Massachusetts-based provider of aftermarket commercial roofing and building envelope services. Greenwood operates 11 locations across the Northeastern United States and employs approximately 800 people; Dunes Point provided the controlling equity and financing was arranged by Adams Street Partners and StepStone Group.
