CUBE, a Hg-backed provider of Automated Regulatory Intelligence and Regulatory Change Management solutions, has acquired Silicon Valley-based RegTech 4CRisk.ai. The acquisition integrates 4CRisk's agentic AI compliance mapping technology into CUBE's RegPlatform to expand capabilities across corporate regulatory domains such as cyber, AI, privacy, labor and ESG. Financial terms were not disclosed.
