The acquisition expands Fecon's right-of-way clearing and vegetation-management product offerings — Fecon will rebrand TREEfrogg saw attachments as Trim Ex and integrate the product line into its dealer/distributor network.

Namakor Holdings Acquires CMI Mulching Inc.
