Iconic Brands Acquires TopPop LLC

Iconic Brands, Inc. (OTCQB: ICNB) has acquired TopPop LLC, a U.S.-based contract manufacturer of ready-to-freeze alcoholic ice pops and flexible pouch-packaged products. The acquisition expands Iconic's manufacturing capacity, licensing and packaging capabilities and gives the company a platform to launch adult alcohol ice pop products and serve large beverage customers.
