(CIS), a Vacaville, California-based authorized dealer and service provider of medical imaging equipment. The acquisition strengthens SMS's service and sales footprint across Northern California and Northern Nevada to support growth of its healthcare business in North America.

IMV Technologies Group Acquires Medivet Scandinavian AB

National Imaging Solutions Acquires Decker X-Ray

VideoRay Acquires Blue Ring Imaging

VideoRay of Pottstown, Pennsylvania has acquired Blue Ring Imaging, a St. Petersburg, Florida developer of 3D visualization, multi-view perception and simulation technologies for unmanned systems. The acquisition brings Blue Ring's AI, AR/VR, 3D reconstruction and simulation capabilities into VideoRay's Mission Specialist ROV product line to improve autonomy, situational awareness and object detection for naval, research and commercial customers.
