Element Materials Technology has acquired Avomeen Holdings, LLC, a life-sciences-focused analytical testing and development services company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, from private equity owner High Street Capital. The acquisition expands Element's North American life sciences capabilities—adding expertise in formulation chemistry, extractables & leachables, and large-molecule testing—and comes after High Street Capital's five-year partnership that grew Avomeen's technical bench and revenues.
