Element Materials Technology has acquired Trialon Corporation, a provider of environmental, EMC, materials and vibration testing services headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, from Resilience Capital Partners. The deal expands Element’s North American mobility and battery testing capabilities—creating a Center of Excellence for battery, EMC and electric drivetrain testing—and strengthens its service offering to automotive OEMs and suppliers.
