Trialon Corporation Acquires Delphi Technologies' Customer Technology Center Michigan

Resilience Capital Partners' portfolio company Trialon Corporation has acquired the Customer Technology Center Michigan (the Auburn Hills testing facility) from Delphi Technologies. The add-on expands Trialon's testing and validation capabilities — including emissions, engine and chassis dynamometers, acoustics, materials and fabrication — and establishes a strategic 130,000 sq ft footprint in Greater Detroit to serve automotive and other manufacturing customers.
