Sapiens Acquires Delphi Technology

Sapiens International Corporation agreed to acquire Delphi Technology, a Boston-based provider of property & casualty software focused on the medical professional liability (MPL) market. The transaction (up to $19.5 million in cash) is intended to expand Sapiens' North American presence and MPL capabilities by combining Delphi's domain expertise, products and customer base with Sapiens' broader insurance software suite.

BorgWarner Acquires Rhombus Energy Solutions

BorgWarner Inc. acquired San Diego-based Rhombus Energy Solutions for an enterprise value of up to $185 million, with approximately $130 million paid at closing and up to $55 million in contingent payments. The deal expands BorgWarner's charging business—adding V2G and DC fast-charging capabilities and a North American presence—and leverages BorgWarner's manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and sales strengths to scale Rhombus's technology.

Perforce Acquires Delphix

The deal—originally announced Feb 14, 2024 and completed March 25, 2024—adds data automation, virtualization, and compliance capabilities to Perforce's DevOps portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.

Romeo Power Completes Acquisition of BorgWarner Joint Venture Interest

Atar Capital Acquires BorgWarner's North American Controls Business (Renamed Solero Technologies)

Atar Capital completed the carve-out acquisition of BorgWarner's North American Controls (BWNAC) business, a Detroit-headquartered maker of transmission and engine solenoids, hydraulic control modules and related products. The business has been renamed Solero Technologies and will operate as a standalone company focused on growth, diversification and serving OEM and industrial end markets.
