Sapiens Acquires Tia Technology from EQT Mid Market

EQT Mid Market has agreed to sell Tia Technology A/S, a Denmark-headquartered provider of insurance software solutions, to Sapiens International Corporation. Under EQT's ownership Tia expanded its product portfolio, accelerated cloud capabilities and grew its employee base to about 200; the deal is expected to close by the end of November 2020.

BorgWarner Acquires Delphi Technologies

BorgWarner Inc. agreed to acquire Delphi Technologies PLC in an all‑stock transaction valuing Delphi at an enterprise value of approximately $3.3 billion. The deal strengthens BorgWarner's power electronics and electrified propulsion capabilities and is expected to create a leading pure‑play propulsion company serving OEMs and the aftermarket.

Perforce Acquires Delphix

Perforce Software, a PE-backed provider of development lifecycle solutions, has acquired Delphix, an enterprise data management and test data management software vendor. The deal—originally announced Feb 14, 2024 and completed March 25, 2024—adds data automation, virtualization, and compliance capabilities to Perforce's DevOps portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.

Catalent Acquires Delphi Genetics to Add Plasmid DNA Capabilities

Catalent has agreed to acquire 100% of Delphi Genetics, a Belgium-based plasmid DNA (pDNA) CDMO, and will integrate Delphi's pDNA development and cGMP manufacturing capabilities into its Cell & Gene Therapy business. The deal also supports Catalent's launch of pDNA services at its Rockville, Maryland facility, expanding integrated pDNA supply across Europe and the U.S.

Dedalus Group Acquires DXC Technology's Healthcare Provider Software Business

DXC Technology completed the sale of its healthcare provider software business to the Dedalus Group (Ardian-backed), closing the transaction announced in July 2020. The divestiture strengthens Dedalus’ global clinical IT footprint in hospital information systems, integrated care and diagnostics while DXC received net proceeds of about $450 million.

GHO Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Sapio Sciences

London-based healthcare investor GHO Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Sapio Sciences, a US-based lab informatics platform providing LIMS, ELN and scientific data management solutions. GHO will support Sapio's international expansion (especially into Europe), operational improvements and growth through M&A to scale the company's SaaS offering for biopharma, CROs and diagnostic labs.
