Dedalus Group Acquires DXC Technology's Healthcare Provider Software Business

DXC Technology completed the sale of its healthcare provider software business to the Dedalus Group (Ardian-backed), closing the transaction announced in July 2020. The divestiture strengthens Dedalus’ global clinical IT footprint in hospital information systems, integrated care and diagnostics while DXC received net proceeds of about $450 million.
