Sapiens Acquires Tia Technology from EQT Mid Market

EQT Mid Market has agreed to sell Tia Technology A/S, a Denmark-headquartered provider of insurance software solutions, to Sapiens International Corporation. Under EQT's ownership Tia expanded its product portfolio, accelerated cloud capabilities and grew its employee base to about 200; the deal is expected to close by the end of November 2020.
