LeanTaaS has acquired Hospital IQ to create a combined AI-driven hospital operations company with a reported combined enterprise value exceeding $1 billion. The deal combines LeanTaaS's capacity-management SaaS products with Hospital IQ's workflow automation and workforce-management capabilities to serve more than 180 U.S. health systems and improve patient access, staff satisfaction, and revenue productivity.
