Perforce Software, a provider of enterprise DevOps and development lifecycle solutions backed by Francisco Partners and Clearlake Capital, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Puppet, an infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code software provider. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) brings Puppet's DevOps and security automation capabilities into Perforce's portfolio to expand its ability to manage and secure infrastructure across data centers, clouds, and the edge; the deal was expected to close in Q2 2022.

Francisco Partners Invests in Perforce Software, Joining Clearlake as Equal Partner

Sapiens International Corporation agreed to acquire Delphi Technology, a Boston-based provider of property & casualty software focused on the medical professional liability (MPL) market. The transaction (up to $19.5 million in cash) is intended to expand Sapiens' North American presence and MPL capabilities by combining Delphi's domain expertise, products and customer base with Sapiens' broader insurance software suite.
