Certain affiliates of BetaNXT have acquired Delta Data, a Columbus, Georgia-based provider of operational software for mutual funds, transfer agents and asset managers. The acquisition will integrate Delta Data's capabilities (trade management, mutual fund sub-accounting, transfer agent functionality and revenue/fee management) into BetaNXT's DataXChange to expand its wealth management technology platform.

TAP Software Holdings, an enterprise software investment vehicle managed by Terminus Capital Partners (with participation from Petrus Asset Management Company), has acquired Delta Data, a pooled investment fund administration software provider, from Accel-KKR. Delta Data — founded in 1985 and serving major banks, retirement recordkeepers, and investment managers — will continue to be led by CEO Whitfield Athey as the buyer invests in product and infrastructure to drive growth.
