Atar Capital Acquires BorgWarner's North American Controls Business (Renamed Solero Technologies)

Atar Capital completed the carve-out acquisition of BorgWarner's North American Controls (BWNAC) business, a Detroit-headquartered maker of transmission and engine solenoids, hydraulic control modules and related products. The business has been renamed Solero Technologies and will operate as a standalone company focused on growth, diversification and serving OEM and industrial end markets.
