Solero Technologies (Atar Capital) Acquires Kendrion's Automotive Business

Solero Technologies, an Atar Capital affiliate, has acquired Kendrion's automotive business in the United States and Europe for roughly EUR 65 million (approximately USD 67–70 million). The divested business generated roughly USD 225–231 million in revenue with ~USD 23–24 million of TTM EBITDA and provides Solero with expanded product offerings, European locations and an enlarged global footprint.
