Peraton to Acquire Solers, Inc.

Peraton, a Veritas Capital portfolio company, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Solers, Inc., a provider of software development and systems integration for space situational awareness, satellite ground systems, cybersecurity engineering, and cloud solutions. The acquisition expands Peraton's space and communications capabilities and strengthens its mission-critical offerings to defense, intelligence and civilian federal customers.
