Peraton (Veritas Capital) Acquires Northrop Grumman Federal IT and Mission Support Services Business

An affiliate of Veritas Capital completed the $3.4 billion cash acquisition of Northrop Grumman's federal IT and mission support services business. The business, which generated approximately $2.3 billion in revenue in 2020, will be combined with Veritas portfolio company Peraton to create a scaled government mission capability integrator serving defense, intelligence, civil and health agencies.

BlueHalo Acquires Verus Technology Group

Versa Integrity Group Acquires Avion Solutions' Commercial UAS Operations

Versa Integrity Group, a Dorilton Capital-backed industrial inspection services platform, has acquired the commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems operations ("Avion Commercial") of Avion Solutions. Avion Commercial — based in Huntsville, Alabama — provides drone imagery, inspection, data collection, and training services; Avion Solutions will retain its government services business. The deal expands Versa's non-destructive testing and inspection capabilities by adding unmanned aerial inspection services.
