An affiliate of Veritas Capital has completed the all-cash acquisition of Perspecta Inc. for $7.1 billion, with Perspecta stockholders receiving $29.35 per share. Perspecta will be combined with Peraton (a Veritas portfolio company) to create a leading government technology and mission-capability integrator serving defense, intelligence, civilian and health markets.
