Arcfield has completed its acquisition of Rite-Solutions, a Rhode Island–based systems engineering, software development and IT provider serving U.S. government customers. The deal expands Arcfield’s undersea warfare and naval systems expertise to complement its existing nuclear surety and missile engineering capabilities, strengthening the combined firm’s systems engineering and all-domain mission operations for defense customers.

FieldWare Acquires Orion Communications, Inc.

FieldWare, a Chicago-based provider of criminal justice software, has acquired Orion Communications, a Dallas-headquartered operational workforce management SaaS provider for public safety agencies. The acquisition will add Orion's scheduling, payroll and asset-management SaaS capabilities to FieldWare's case management and remote check-in solutions to expand its public-sector product suite; financial terms were not disclosed.

Boecore Acquires Orbit Logic

The multi-million pound deal expands DigitalSpace's cloud capabilities—particularly in public sector cloud migrations, cloud contact centres and desktop-as-a-service—and integrates ACS's AWS advisory, implementation and managed services into DigitalSpace's platform.
