Xenith Solutions Acquires TRI-COR Industries

Xenith Solutions, LLC has acquired TRI-COR Industries (TCI), a Reston-based full-lifecycle enterprise business and IT solutions provider to federal and local government agencies. The transaction transfers TCI's assets, employees, certifications and customer contracts to Xenith, with TCI retained as a wholly owned subsidiary to expand Xenith's mission-focused IT capabilities for defense and civilian customers.

Daikin Applied Americas Acquires ThermalNetics and TriState HVAC Equipment

Daikin Applied Americas has made majority investments in two of its regional equipment, services and parts representatives: Detroit-based ThermalNetics and Philadelphia-area TriState HVAC Equipment. The acquisitions expand Daikin’s local service, parts and representation capabilities to improve lifecycle support, digital connectivity and indoor air quality solutions for commercial and residential customers.

Triad Technologies Acquires Tech-Syn Corporation

Triad Technologies, LLC completed the acquisition of Tech-Syn Corporation (effective March 31, 2023), expanding Triad's product offering and Midwest footprint. The transaction, executed by Vandalia, Ohio-based Triad (which is PE-backed by Shorehill Capital LLC), adds Tech-Syn's value-added sealing, O-ring and hose capabilities across locations in Bloomingdale and Rockford, Illinois and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

TRM Equity Acquires Wellman Dynamics

TRM Equity II, a Michigan-based private equity firm, has acquired all equity of WDC Acquisition LLC, doing business as Wellman Dynamics, a Creston, Iowa-based aerospace foundry that manufactures large, complex magnesium and aluminum castings for defense and commercial aerospace customers. The transaction closed July 29, 2022; Wellman employs approximately 350 people and has operated in Creston since 1965.

Agile Space Industries Acquires Tronix3D

Agile Space Industries acquired metal additive manufacturer Tronix3D and will integrate and rebrand the business as Agile Additive to internalize metal 3D printing capabilities. Accudynamics Acquires TAM Metal Products

Accudynamics, LLC — part of the Makers Forward family of companies — has acquired TAM Metal Products (aka TAM Precision, LLC), a Mahwah, New Jersey-based manufacturer of sheet metal enclosures, precision components and assemblies. The acquisition is an add-on to the Accudynamics Group intended to expand manufacturing capabilities, capacity and service offerings for aerospace, defense, medical and other commercial customers.
