Daikin North America LLC has acquired Washington-based Thermal Supply, Inc. (a multi-location HVAC distributor) and AirReps, LLC (a long-tenured manufacturer's representative firm) to strengthen its residential and commercial presence in the Pacific Northwest. The transactions expand Daikin’s distribution footprint and manufacturer representation across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska, improving service and go-to-market coverage for both residential and commercial customers.

Daikin North America LLC, a subsidiary of Daikin Industries, Ltd., has acquired Stevens Equipment Supply, a wholesale distributor of HVAC and commercial food service equipment based in Eagan, Minnesota. Daikin Applied Acquires Carroll Air Systems

Daikin Applied Acquires Varitec Solutions

Daikin Applied announced a majority investment in Varitec Solutions, a Phoenix-based designer, developer and installer of large-scale, energy-efficient HVAC systems. The deal brings Varitec's ~170 employees into the Daikin Group to expand Daikin's end-to-end HVAC capabilities and service footprint across the U.S. Southwest while Varitec's president, Chris Carlson, will continue to lead the business.
