Veolia Acquires Icetec to Expand Digital and Distributed Energy Business in North America

Veolia has completed the acquisition of Icetec, a Boothwyn, Pennsylvania–based digital and distributed energy management company with more than 20 years of experience. The tuck-in expands Veolia's North American energy service offerings and adds Icetec's SaaS optimization capabilities to Veolia's Hubgrade digital platform as part of its GreenUp strategy.

Daikin Applied Acquires DDC Solutions from Thompson Street Capital Partners

Daikin Applied, a subsidiary of Daikin Industries, has acquired DDC Solutions, a San Diego-based provider of high-density GPU cooling cabinets and cooling management software, from Thompson Street Capital Partners and Cequel III. Terms were not disclosed; DDC will operate as an independent subsidiary and the acquisition supports Daikin's expansion into data center and AI infrastructure cooling solutions.

Daikin Applied Acquires Carroll Air Systems

Daikin Applied has acquired Carroll Air Systems, a Tampa, Florida-based HVAC sales representative and service provider that supports the Central and West Coast regions of Florida. The business will be integrated into Daikin Applied’s regional operations and will operate as Daikin Applied Central and West Coast Florida, with Phillip Carroll leading the merged service, sales and parts organization.
