Kodiak Building Partners Acquires Gulf & Basco

Denver-based Kodiak Building Partners has acquired substantially all the assets of Gulf & Basco, Inc., a specialty distributor of building products based in Houston, Texas. Kodiak said it plans to grow the Houston business and expand its presence in the Texas market using the base established by Gulf & Basco's management team.
