The acquisition strengthens Performance Personnel’s geographic reach and market share in the staffing and workforce solutions sector amid rising demand for staffing services during the COVID-19 recovery.

Ondo Finance Acquires Oasis Pro to Accelerate Tokenized Securities

The asset purchase, effective October 1, 2020, expands Eastern Insurance's specialty capabilities in program business and complements its existing property & casualty and niche insurance practices.
