Tajín International Acquires Paulita's New Mexico

Tajín International has acquired Paulita's New Mexico, a Rio Rancho, New Mexico-based maker of hatch green chili sauces, seasonings and marinades. The private transaction (terms undisclosed) was advised by Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide and gives Tajín a foothold/presence in the U.S. market.
