Risant Health Acquires Cone Health

Risant Health has completed its transaction to become the sole corporate member of Cone Health, bringing the Greensboro-based nonprofit health system into Risant's value-based care network. The deal, which involved no cash consideration, expands Risant's platform alongside Geisinger and aims to accelerate adoption of value-based care and shared technology and services across member systems.
