Sequel Youth & Family Services Acquires Pine Cone Therapies

Dallas-based Sequel Youth & Family Services announced it has welcomed Pine Cone Therapies into its network, expanding Sequel's behavioral health footprint into Texas. Pine Cone, founded by Bobbye Records and serving over 156 learners across four locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas, will be integrated into Sequel's autism and education division to scale services across the state.

Tenet Healthcare completed a strategic transaction with CommonSpirit Health to resume full ownership of its Conifer Health Solutions subsidiary. CommonSpirit will pay Tenet approximately $1.9 billion in installments over three years, and Conifer will make an approximately $540 million redemption payment to CommonSpirit, effective retroactively January 1, 2026; Conifer will continue to support CommonSpirit through the end of 2026 during an orderly transition.
