SLP Operations Adds Pinehurst and Seabreeze Skilled Nursing Centers in Texas

SLP Operations, LLC began operating two skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers — Pinehurst Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Orange, TX) and Seabreeze Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Texas City, TX) — effective August 1, 2020. The additions expand SLP's Texas footprint to 41 centers and increase its statewide workforce (SLP reports approximately 2,200–2,500 associates), while the facilities will continue to offer skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care and memory care services.
