Mobix Labs Acquires SCP Manufacturing

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) has agreed to acquire SCP Manufacturing, a Nevada-based producer of mission-critical electrical components for aerospace, defense and commercial applications. The transaction — Mobix's second strategic acquisition in 60 days and expected to close in Q2 2025 — is intended to expand Mobix's manufacturing capabilities, improve margins and accelerate growth across high-reliability end markets.

O2 Aero Acquisitions Acquires Shaw Aerox (Aerox Aviation Oxygen Systems)

Mercury Systems Acquires Avalex Technologies Corporation

Mercury Systems, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Avalex Technologies Corporation, a Gulf Breeze, Florida-based provider of mission-critical avionics (rugged displays, communications management, digital video recorders, and warning systems). The all-cash asset purchase (subject to customary adjustments) is expected to be funded with cash on hand and the company's revolving credit facility; Avalex generated approximately $40 million of revenue for the year ended December 31, 2022 with ~25% adjusted EBITDA margins and the deal was expected to close in Mercury's fiscal Q2 2022 (subject to HSR clearance).

Electra.aero Acquires Airflow.aero

Electra.aero, a developer of hybrid-electric eSTOL airplanes, has acquired California-based Airflow.aero to consolidate blown-lift eSTOL technology, talent, and backlog under the Electra brand. The acquisition expands Electra's technical capabilities and sales pipeline in the advanced air mobility market and raises its order book to nearly 800 units.

BJG Electronics Group Acquires Intro Corporation

BJG Electronics Group, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Intro Corporation, a Melbourne, Florida-based supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to the commercial aviation, aerospace and telecommunications industries. The add-on acquisition expands BJG's mil-aero product offering and quick-turn MRO capabilities, creating additional cross-selling opportunities while allowing Intro to operate as a stand-alone business unit.

Amphenol Corporation Acquires Trexon from Audax Private Equity

Amphenol Corporation has completed its acquisition of Trexon from Audax Private Equity for approximately $1 billion in cash. Trexon, a Boston-headquartered maker of high-reliability cable and interconnect assemblies for defense and harsh environments, will be included in Amphenol's Harsh Environment Solutions segment and is expected to be accretive to earnings.
