Trexon, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has completed the acquisition of 603 Manufacturing, a value‑added manufacturer of high‑performance wire and cable assemblies including RF/microwave coaxial assemblies and electro‑mechanical box builds. The deal is an add‑on to Trexon’s Engineered Products Group intended to expand Trexon’s RF, ruggedized and space/aerospace capabilities and broaden its end‑market exposure in aerospace, space and telecommunications.

The sale, completed late in 2023, transfers Trexon’s industrial cable and harsh-environment interconnect businesses to Amphenol as Trexon focuses its operations on its Engineered Products Group (EPG).

(CEPA), a Chandler, Arizona-based manufacturer of RF/microwave cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical solutions. The add-on expands Trexon's Engineered Products group's capabilities and strengthens its presence in military and aerospace end markets; the business was sold by former owner Paul Ross.

Colliers' Englobe Acquires Tetranex Solutions Inc.

Englobe Corporation, Colliers' Canadian engineering platform, has acquired Tetranex Solutions Inc., a Calgary-area multidiscipline engineering consulting firm. The deal brings roughly 200 professionals and expands Englobe's electrical, instrumentation & controls (EI&C), automation and procurement capabilities to support work across oil & gas, agri‑food and industrial clients; senior Tetranex leaders will become shareholders and take leadership roles. Terms were not disclosed.
