Groundworks Acquires Select Basement Waterproofing to Enter New Jersey Market

The acquisition brings Groundworks immediate coverage across multiple New Jersey counties and adds residential services including basement waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation and mold remediation to its network.

The add-on expands Groundworks' footprint into Pennsylvania and West Virginia and brings Baker's team of over 85 employees and its residential basement waterproofing, foundation repair and concrete lifting capabilities onto the Groundworks platform.
