Wellspring Capital-backed RAYUS Radiology has acquired Foundation Radiology Group, a Pittsburgh-based radiology practice with more than 100 radiologists providing on-site and teleradiology services to 45+ hospitals across seven states. The deal expands RAYUS's national network of subspecialized radiologists and hospital partnerships, increasing its diagnostic-read capacity and geographic footprint in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
