D-Edge, the Paris-based hotel technology subsidiary of Accor, has acquired LoungeUp, a Paris-based CRM and guest engagement platform used in about 3,000 properties. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) is intended to broaden D-Edge’s product suite and create a more comprehensive, less fragmented hotel tech platform.
