EVI Industries Acquires Haiges Machinery

EVI Industries, Inc. has executed a definitive agreement to acquire Haiges Machinery, Inc., a Huntley, Illinois-based distributor of commercial laundry equipment that also provides installation and maintenance services. Haiges Machinery will continue to operate under its existing name with all 25 current employees; the purchase will be paid in cash and is expected to be accretive to EVI's fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

Fencing Supply Group (The Sterling Group) Acquires Merchants Metals

The Sterling Group formed Fencing Supply Group as a platform to consolidate independent fencing distributors and announced that Fencing Supply Group has acquired Merchants Metals effective February 26. Merchants Metals is a leading U.S. value-added distributor of fence supplies operating 35 branches and four manufacturing facilities across 28 states; the acquisition is the first add-on for the newly formed FSG platform to expand scale and capabilities.

Greenwood Industries Acquires Hudson Valley Roofing

The purchases extend Beacon's residential and commercial metal roofing capabilities and strengthen service to local contractors in coastal Florida markets.
