SOCOTEC Consulting, Inc., part of the SOCOTEC Group, has completed the acquisition of Forge Engineering, a Naples, Florida-based engineering firm. The deal adds forensics, geotechnical, environmental engineering and construction materials testing capabilities to SOCOTEC's U.S. technical services platform and expands its presence in the Southeastern United States.

Seven2 Acquires Infraneo; Infraneo Acquires Antémys

Simultaneously, Infraneo acquired Antémys, a Rhône‑Alpes geotechnical specialist (≈40 employees), strengthening Infraneo's territorial coverage; the group now has over 500 employees and a pro forma 2022 revenue of €56 million.

Infraspec will continue to operate under its current name and management in Quebec as Aegion expands its capabilities and resources to better serve the Canadian municipal market.
