Forgen has completed the corporate acquisition of Inquip Associates, Inc., a specialty geotechnical contractor headquartered in McLean, Virginia. The deal expands Forgen's geotechnical construction capabilities and provides immediate access to additional geographies and project opportunities across the U.S. and internationally; Inquip's pre-acquisition offices (including its McLean HQ) will continue to operate.
