Vela Software Group Acquires MOSAIC Business Unit from Quorum Software

Vela Software Group, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired the MOSAIC Business Unit from Quorum Business Solutions (Quorum Software). The acquisition brings the MOSAIC oil & gas economics, reserves and budgeting software into Vela’s portfolio, with the existing MOSAIC team continuing to develop and support the product from its Calgary and Houston offices.

Machine Solutions Inc., a provider of medical device manufacturing equipment and part of the BW Forsyth Partners family, has acquired Vela Technologies Inc., a San Diego-based designer and manufacturer of proprietary 3D UV curing equipment. The acquisition expands Machine Solutions' medical device manufacturing automation capabilities and adds Vela's UV curing technology to its portfolio, with the Vela team remaining in place and receiving additional global sales and service support.

Volaris Group Acquires Alemba
