Volaris Group has acquired Alemba, the developer of Alemba Service Manager, an ITIL-aligned IT Service Management (ITSM) software. The deal brings Alemba into Volaris’ portfolio to strengthen its ITSM technology offerings and support Alemba’s global growth and product roadmap; terms were not disclosed.
