Volaris Group Inc., through its portfolio company AssetWorks LLC, has acquired Lightbulb Analytics Ltd., a UK telematics-driven data analytics provider for fleet and emergency services. Lightbulb Analytics will continue to operate under its brand and its telematics solutions will be integrated into AssetWorks' fleet management offerings; Professor Colin Tourick, owner of Lightbulb Analytics, commented on the transaction.
