Albaron Partners Acquires Vital Care Infusion Franchisee Platform

Albaron Partners, a New York-based lower middle market healthcare private equity firm, has acquired an infusion franchisee platform within the Vital Care Infusion Services franchise system. The acquisition includes Vital Care of Dixie/Etown, Vital Care of Moorestown, and Vital Care of Northfield and creates a platform that now operates four infusion pharmacies and eight total sites of care across Tennessee, Kentucky, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Francisco Partners Acquires Litmos from SAP
