United Enertech Holdings, a portfolio company of DalFort Capital Partners, has acquired Metal Form Manufacturing Company, a Phoenix-based maker of ventilation, acoustical and evaporative cooling products. The add-on expands United Enertech’s commercial building-products portfolio and strengthens its manufacturing and product capabilities in the Western United States.

SPX Technologies Acquires Thermolec

SPX Technologies has completed the acquisition of Montréal-based Thermolec Ltd. for CA$195 million (approximately US$140 million). Thermolec, a manufacturer of custom electric duct heating and related HVAC solutions with nearly 200 employees and about US$35 million in annual revenue, will join SPX's HVAC Electric Heat business to expand product capabilities and grow sales in the U.S. and Canada.

Percheron Capital Launches Solidaire Platform with Foundational Acquisition of Enervise

Lubrication Engineers, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, has acquired SWEPCO (Southwestern Petroleum Lubricants) from Key Polymer Holdings, an affiliate of DalFort Capital Partners. The transaction is an add-on acquisition intended to expand LE’s specialty grease and lubricants portfolio, including food-grade and industrial formulations; financial terms were not disclosed.

SPX Corporation Acquires Cincinnati Fan & Ventilator Co.

Cincinnati Fan, headquartered in Mason, Ohio with approximately 215 employees across the US and UK, supplies engineered air movement solutions and will be integrated into SPX's global HVAC Cooling business to expand capabilities and distribution.

Danfoss Acquires Palladio Compressors

Danfoss has acquired Palladio Compressors Srl to add screw-compressor technology to its portfolio, supporting large-scale HVAC/R systems and high‑temperature heat pumps. The deal integrates Palladio’s efficient screw compressors — designed for natural and low‑GWP refrigerants — into Danfoss’s broader compressor, valves, controls and heat‑exchanger offering to expand capabilities and address mid‑range energy applications.
