Sightpath Medical, a leading provider of mobile and fixed ophthalmic surgical services, has acquired PennVista, a regional LASIK services business that supplies advanced equipment and dedicated technicians to surgery centers and hospitals across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana and Michigan. The acquisition expands Sightpath's geographic footprint and LASIK capabilities, and will be integrated into Sightpath's LASIK Doctor Network Project to better support ophthalmology practices and surgery centers.
